AKW

AKW, provider of accessible showering solutions, says that it has the largest range wet room formers on the market.  The company’s TriForm, Sureform and Duraform ranges offer installers 20 easy to fit, robust formers.

The company says that the TriForm formers drain even the most powerful showers quickly and efficiently and can accommodate a wide range of tiles and slip resistant flooring.  The  range also offers enhanced strength through its material composition and maintenance free installation and has a load capacity of 40 stone (254kg), whilst the former’s integral trough ensures excellent water proofing without the need for silicone.  Available in five sizes, AKW says that the TriForm former has a contemporary look and feel that achieves a touch of luxury in any bathroom.

According to the company, the Sureform range offers users an affordable, strong wet room former that comes in eight sizes, with two waste options.  Constructed from tough glass reinforced plastic, it is strong enough to fit straight onto joists and has a load capacity of up to 25 stone (158kg), saving both time and money.
The Duraform is the most affordable former on the market, according to AKW.  Constructed from strong extruded polystyrene, sandwiched between concrete and fibreglass, the Duraform is lightweight and easy to handle and to cut to size.  It also has an offset waste, enabling joists to be avoided and comes in seven different sizes, ensuring that it is one of the most adaptable formers on the market.
James Dadd, Marketing Director at AKW comments: “We are immensely proud of our three ranges of wet room formers.  As well as offering the widest selection of sizes on the market, the varied price options also ensure that wet rooms are available to people across the board.  Thanks to AKW, it is now possible to bring hotel style, luxurious wet rooms to any home, without the costly price tag.”www.akw-ltd.co.uk
