THE CLIENT

Our client is a fast-growing business which has been established for over 10 years and provide a high-quality service within many local authorities. The client provides servicing, repairs and installations on many products including stairlifts, ceiling hoists, bath and toileting equipment, and has seen the expansion of the business move forward internationally.

THE JOB

You will be servicing, repairing and installing stairlifts and ceiling hoists within local authorities. You will ensure your work is completed to a high standard by following the requirements of the customer and also meets the standards of health and safety for the customers and individuals. There will be an induction process for the new candidate. You will be out on the road completing appointments daily, uniform and tools will be provided for you.You will complete reports on a daily basis on your work which has been carried out and communicate effectively with the customers and also colleagues.

THE CANDIDATE

You will have experience installing, servicing and repairing stairlifts and ceiling hoists. Ideally, your experience will enable you to hit the ground running. Courses which have been taken within this sector will be an advantage. You will possess and positive and professional attitude and be able to assess and find solutions within your daily environment. You must provide excellent customer service and be passionate towards your work and how you are making a difference to individuals and their independence. You must hold a full clean driving licence.

THE PACKAGE

£25,000 (negotiable depending on experience). 28 holidays (including bank holiday), Company Van, Phone, Tablet, Tools, Uniform.
