Mobility Engineer/Technical Support Manager – Midlands or Southern England Based
Basic Salary £30k- £35k depending on experience
An original online healthcare and mobility company which offers the latest products direct to the customer along with product information and support. With an excellent online presence and customer reviews making them stand out from the rest in the online mobility marketplace.
You will be offering your technical experience and expertise to both customers and the company on mobility products such as mobility scooters, wheelchairs and rise recliners. Primarily based from home you will be dealing with technical customer enquiries where possible by telephone along with ordering parts, carrying out repairs, deliveries and demos where required. Other roles include input into the website content and new product ideas.
You will ideally have some good technical knowledge of wheelchairs, mobility scooters and rise recliners. Must be a self-starter, focused, happy and ambitious.
Salary of £30k-£35k depending on experience, company van, home phone system, laptop, pension, 30 days holiday including bank holidays.
