Shaun Masters Theraposture imageShaun Masters, Occupational Therapist and Trusted Assessor, will be delivering a series of engaging assistive bed-based educational presentations for healthcare professionals at the OT Show.

Shaun has extensive experience within community-based re-enablement in the public sector. He will be sharing his experience and knowledge in a series of presentations so that occupational therapists can gain advice and insight into assistive bed solutions for adults and paediatrics.

Theraposture’s Rotoflex Turning Bed System and Mascot Care Cot will also be demonstrated, highlighting how they can lead to better client independence and well-being along with substantial care and equipment cost savings.

Legs into bed – Enabling independent transfers for those unable to safely get into or out of bed

Hosted by Shaun Masters, this outline presentation will highlight the key considerations regarding a safe transfer into, out of and away from a Turning Bed System, featuring Theraposture’s new Rotoflex 235 Plus rotating bed.

It runs from 10:00-10:15, 12:00-12:15 and 15:00-15:15 on the 21st and 22nd of November.

Modular Cot Bed – Future proofing specialist beds for children.

Hosted by Shaun Masters, this outline presentation will focus on:

  • Considerations when prescribing a sleeping solution to meet changing client needs
  • Features that enable easy cot reissuing and recycling

The session will also feature Theraposture’s Mascot Mk2 care cot.

It runs from 11:00-11:15, 13:00-13:15 and 16:00-16:15 on the 21st and 22nd November.
