International Sales Manager – Prism Medical – Worldwide
About the Business
The Prism Healthcare Group is one of the UK’s fastest growing manufacturers of Safe Patient Handling products through its Prism Medical Division and Paediatric Seating, Standing and Bathing products through their recently acquired Smirthwaite Division.
With international sales being a key focus for the Group, we are seeking to recruit an experienced International Sales Manager to work within both Smirthwaite and Prism Medical to further enhance our support for our growing international distributor network.
About the Role
Salary – Highly Competitive including bonus, pension, private healthcare & company car
The International Sales Manager will have full P&L responsibility for their accounts, be accountable for devising and implementing a strategic business plan for their regions, manage and develop all key accounts, identify and open new distributor networks, monitor and drive sales and profit margin in line with the account strategy, ensure the brand is represented within the territories, act as a brand ambassador and achieve their agreed sales and growth targets.
The territories covered within the scope of the role include EMEA, Pacific Basin and Rest of the world including the USA.
The role will involve extensive travel and the successful candidate will be based from home, with a requirement to visit UK sites as well as monthly key internal stakeholder meetings in Wales and Devon.
The role will report directly to an the Group’s Export Consultant
- Recent International sales experience within the rehabilitation sector
- Experienced in managing distributor networks
- Demonstrable track record in delivering sales and profit growth
- Strong relationship builder
- Good commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Enthusiastic and positive approach
- Results driven
- Good negotiator
- Prepared for regular overseas travel
