2x Key Account Managers – Topro – Midlands/South Of England including Wales territory
Topro is growing and we’re looking for 2 new Key Account Managers to join our team. We’re looking for passionate, enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to develop sales of our well-known and respected mobility aids within the mobility market.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our dealer base of mobility shops within your area, which range from single-owner businesses to large multi-chain nationals.
The tools you need are provided: fully expensed company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone, iPad, etc. It’s down to you to bring the magic to the role, reaching targets whilst keeping true to the core values Topro stands for.
Whilst your home is your office, you will be mainly on the road attending daily appointments. Some overnight stays would be expected, which are funded. Certainly, no 2 days will be the same and you will meet some wonderful people within this industry.
We have ambitious plans for the next 3 years of growth and there are plenty of opportunities to grow with us. Your success is our success and you will be rewarded for excelling.
A competitive basic salary is offered with a generous monthly commission structure, year-end bonus and 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays.
- Develop existing dealer network and, where opportunities, exist develop new business.
- Maintain and develop CRM
- Reaching targets and goals set for your area
- Excellent communication and planning skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Good IT and report writing skills
- Full driving licence
- Great interpersonal skills and relationship building
- A record of sales success in mobility or other fields
