We are looking to recruit a Regional Manager for our Northern Region incorporating our current showrooms in Leeds, Glasgow and Warrington, and a portfolio of new showrooms for 2020.

Duties will include:

  • Setting clear expectations in customer service
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador in delivering values, communication and inspiring people
  • Utilising reports and analysing performance
  • Mentoring, coaching and supporting your Showroom Managers and their teams
  • Achieve operational excellence
  • Work in a collaborative manner with internal teams, Head Office and the Regional Management Team
  • Work with and increase sales targets, KPIs and Budgets
  • Showroom recruitment in conjunction with HR


  • Excellent communicator
  • At least 3 years’ management experience
  • Leadership skills
  • Drive to succeed
  • Full driving licence
