Sales Manager – Bespoke Stairlifts – West Yorkshire
Bespoke Stairlifts is a rapidly expanding manufacturer of both straight and curved stairlifts. We are looking to recruit a Sales Manager to lead our sales team in West Yorkshire with a highly competitive package for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities
- Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies through analysing trends and results
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions/territories and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
- Implementing international sales programs with action plans
- Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand
- Complete international sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
- Maintain sales staff and work results (recruiting/training/orienting/planning, monitoring/appraisals).
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
- Report to board level
- Visit and negotiate with new & existing customer base
