Electric Mobility Rascal Rio imageElectric Mobility has launched its new Rascal powerchair, which aims to offer users a compact, transportable and attractive solution in response to users’ needs.

Designed to improve mobility and freedom, the Rascal Rio can easily be dismantled into three parts and is compact, which makes it great for transportation and storage as it can fit into car boots.

The new mobility aid is a replacement for Electric Mobility’s P321 powered wheelchair and boasts an array of improvements, such as an upgraded seat with a longer backrest for improved comfort, a raised maximum seat height, and “fresh and clean” aesthetics in a bright white colour.

Other features include: a padded seat with a folded back, a top speed of 4mph, adjustable arm height, angle and width, a joystick charging point and an 8-mile range.

Jonathan Hearth, Managing Director of Electric Mobility, said: “Customers want to feel comfortable and confident while using their powerchair, combining lightweight, dismantlable components with the Rio’s sturdy base offers them great peace of mind.

“Mounted on the modern & clean white base, the Rio is a timeless powerchair ideal for convenient storage & life on the move.”

The Rascal Rio is the latest product to join Electric Mobility’s Rascal portfolio of scooters and powerchairs.
