Role: Business Development Manager
Location: Midlands/Wales (Regional role with the benefit of a company car)
Salary: £45,000 – £48,000 base + Commission

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to oversee the Midlands/Wales region. This pivotal role focuses on promoting Handicare’s products, services, and programs to Trade Partners, with the goal of driving new business opportunities and fostering growth within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all business development activities within the defined sales area.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with Trade Partners to grow regional business.
- Identify new industry opportunities and implement strategies to expand market presence.
- Achieve sales targets through effective planning, organisation, and execution.
- Represent Handicare with professionalism and demonstrate a commitment to Making Everyday Life Easier for our customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B sales experience, with the ability to work independently to achieve results.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- A proactive and organised approach to managing workloads and meeting targets.
- Industry knowledge is desirable but not essential; a strong business acumen is a must.
