Sales:
- Identifies Target Accounts current and New in the territory, makes contact and builds a strong selling relationship which leads to an evaluation and purchase of RHealthcare Products
- Carry out product Presentations that present technical and clinical advantages of Rhealthcare products
- Engage with the Customers procurement process to support the successful sale of the product
- Achieve sales targets for the territory
- Use Pipedrive, CRM , in a timely and effective manner so senior management can access to monitor up to date information and statistics
- Creates quarterly and annual territory business plans that support achievement of territory sales goals
- Develops and monitors territory strategies to ensure achievement of territory sales goals
- Effectively presents product value propositions to customers
- Effectively demonstrates an understanding of the Technical clinical and cost benefits of all RHealthcare products
- Build a Relationship with Key accounts within area that enables regular appointments to be completed
- Prepares monthly sales packs and other reports as requested for management
- Demonstrates successful closing of Targets as projected in sales pack for territory
- Achieves target call rates to key accounts
Management/Administrative:
- Demonstrate professionalism at all times with customers
- Maintain compliance with the company’s quality management system
- Maintain compliance with the company’s regulatory process
- Maintain compliance with the company’s expense and car policies
- Submit all business and expense reports timely and accurately
- Maintain up to date customer information in the company’s CRM system
Key Requirements
- Good contact list and relationships with Rehab engineers and NHS Wheelchair Service Centres
- Ability to sell a technical medical product
