Complete Care Shop, a UK independent living aids company and a trading name of NRS Healthcare, is helping clients with the cost-of-living crisis by showcasing its best-value assistive technology solutions with free advice from an in-house occupational therapist (OT).

The move is designed to support Complete Care Shop’s elderly, disabled, and vulnerable clients who rely on its products for living safely and independently in their own homes with four cost-focused initiatives.

The ’Everyday Value’ range highlights Complete Care Shop’s best value products. Over 400 assistive products covering the entire range of bathroom, bedroom, mobility, daily living, kitchen, medical supplies, and children’s products can all be easily identified by the ‘Everyday Value’ badge.

Additionally, the ‘Price Checked’ range covers 500 products checked every week to ensure potential users get its best price with added reassurance. The campaign includes essential everyday products like incontinence pads, as well as many other key products for independent daily living including mobility, bedroom, and bathroom aids. All ‘Price Checked’ products will have the ‘Price Check’ badge online for easy identification.

Both the Price Check and Everyday Value ranges are supported by Complete Care Shop’s free product advice service, provided by a qualified OT via Live Chat, email, or telephone. This helps give clients the confidence that they make the right product choice first time.

Finally, Complete Care Shop is offering one-month free insurance on high-value products for additional peace of mind.

Matthew Stead, Managing Director at Complete Care Shop, says: “We know our customers will be worried about the deepening cost of living crisis, we know they rely on our products to live independently and safely in our own homes, and we know that they include some of the most vulnerable people in our society.

“That is why, together with our unrivalled in-house occupational therapy support, it is vital that we make the right calls for our customers at this challenging time with a focus on quality, safety and affordability of essential products to help them find the right solution for their needs at best value.”

Earlier this year, Complete Care Shop expanded its suite of additional services to include bathroom adaptions, stairlift solutions, and hoist installation to help make people’s homes more accessible.
