User-friendly powerchair secures runners-up prize at Naidex 2022 awards

eFOLDi’s lightweight, folding, and travel-friendly powerchair secured the runners-up prize in the ‘Best in show’ award at this year’s Naidex.

Held annually, Naidex is one of the UK’s largest disability exhibitions. It gives users and healthcare professionals the chance to view and purchase the latest independent living equipment, such as mobility scooters, stairlifts, and rollators, from a broad range of assistive technology suppliers. Naidex 2022 ran on 6-7 July at the NEC in Birmingham.

The event’s ‘Best in show’ award recognises products that have the most positive impact on disabled people. Awards entries were evaluated on four key areas: functionality, desirability, value for money, and innovation.

eFOLDi’s Power Chair impressed the judging panel and finished a close second. The Power Chair was commended for its strong package of features and user-friendly design. It was also considered to be a valuable and reliable travel companion for people with reduced mobility.
