Bespoke Stairlifts is one of the largest suppliers of stairlifts in the global mobility industry, distributing to more than 60 countries. Due to continued investment and expansion we have exciting opportunities available.

As the Commercial Director, you will report directly to the Managing Director and Founder, with the primary responsibility of developing and expanding the commercial strategy. This role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Collaborate with other senior executives to align business goals, identify market opportunities, and ensure the profitability of the company’s products or services.

This is also a crucial role in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while leading and motivating a team to achieve business objectives. This position requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Previous hands-on experience in sales or commercial leadership roles.
• Experienced in performance reporting, financial management, and budgeting
  processes.
• Strong business acumen complemented by strategic thinking abilities.
• Exceptional organisational and team leadership capabilities
• Previous success in creating & implementing sales strategies to close deals and manage client relationships.
• Excellent communication and people skills, enabling lasting professional relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-driven approach.
• Proven negotiation skills and a track record of meeting client needs.
